I have lived here in fresno for almost two years and i still don't have any serious wakeboard contacts. if i want to go out i usually head up to the delta but now i get off from work at three and would love to get more riding time in. I used to help out at semper speed and marine so i know there are some sweet v 215's around. anyways if anyones looking for a third or just has room for an extra rider just let me know. i'll help with gas equipment and boat wipedown.

Matthew we usually have an extra space or two in the boat. Let me know and Im sure we can get you some time. Sweet x-star by the way.
I think barry will agree with me, most people in the fresno area dont like to hook up others or want to get to know others. They tend to stick to their own crew. I have never understood it but that is just how it is. Ill pm you my number.

RodE thanks for the encouragement. I'm glad that there are some people in the area that know how to spread the love. Its unfortunate that many miss out on the meeting new people aspect of the sport. To me that's one of the funnest parts.

I have tried finding rides before in Fresno but the best I could do was Bakersfield. That sucks about people up there being stingy with boats, people down here in So Cal are pretty hospitable. I will be in Fresno again at the end of the summer, so I would love to hitch rides with whomever will let me!

Melinda, you can catch a ride with us too if you like. Yeah So Cal and nor cal are so much different than here when it comes to riding. People here are pretty judgemental and just plain unfriendly.
I have lived here all my life and I can tell you the entire town is like that.
I have tired to meet other boarders on the lake or at the ramp and they pretty much want nothing to do with meeting others.

Matthew-Pops woulnt let you get out with the X star. Uwww WWEEEE that's a sick boat!!! Anyhow Im in Visalia and I usually only get out on weekends and I hit it early and Im gone before the nuts hit the water. Once in a while I get out in the early evening during the week. I ride at Kaweah which is about 30min for me, about 1hr15min from Fresno. If your ever down my way I'll give you a pull.

RodE - If you see the number 8 boat out on Pine Flat or Millerton, give us a shout. We are anything but judgemental.

Hey guys. I get out probably 2-3 times a week on average. If you need a ride ever PM me. I have an all green VLX with unfortunatly, the illusion tower, but at least it stands out. But yeah, there are some unfriendly people on the lakes around here, it sucks. In fact I am going up later this evening in my buddys LSV so let me know.

In case anyone was wondering. The X star in my profile is my parents boat and they live in stockton. Like i said before i usually have to head up to the delta to go ride but it sounds like there are some cool people in fresno who are willing to hook a fellow wakeboarder up.

By the way the X-Star is for sale and will be available for pick up after the int US championships which are held in bakersfield in October
