It's some guy's head in amazing natural detail.
(Just for perspective: notice the white "bath tub line" on the canyon wall at the bottom. the water is only a little ways beneath this. the white mark is about 100 ft. the white mark is the highest the water in powell has ever been. So the head has got to be like 25 ft tall or so or more. the picture was taken in November 2004 on a rainbow bridge trip that took us to see a little site further up)
