Couple of things, did you get a tracking number? Did you pay for insurance? Have you called the person? 2 weeks isn't long to wait for a package, depending on the when and where's and how it was shipped. Since you paid through Paypal, then you can always reverse the charges via your credit card.

That really sucks. I just sold a pair of boots to someone on here. I shipped him the boots & am hoping he sends me a check. I guess I trust people too much. We shall see...

I did as well Tyler. Matt, How many times have you tried contacting him? If this goes much longer without any word you can file a claim through paypal and they will give you the money back. Good Luck man.

OK-so you have emailed, now try calling him. PC's come and go, plus email isn't flawless. Look up his number, ring him up, and go from there. Paypal does suck to deal with, but you will get your dough. If you paid with a credit card, and this doesn't pan, screw Paypal and just call up your CC Co, because they easy to get refund for nondelivered items. Still to early to worry..

I would wait a little bit longer before I gave up hope. How far apart are you and the seller? I would assume that the board would be shipped ground transport so if it is going Florida to California it can easily take 10 working days, and there was a holiday in there to boot. If the seller took his time getting it down to UPS then two to three weeks is not unexpected. It it was just coming across the state then I would be worried.... Rod

kids..... support your local shop. they host events, hook riders up, have a store front and provide the most important.... customer service. avoid all of this.

Matt, hang in there im sure this guy is just a little slow getting it out. This requires putting the b--g down and mailing it. The dude will be black balled in Cali if he doesn't.

Matt, read that thread about Josh Boyd, hope your in the same situation as all that and get two boards for 75 bucks lol. But seriously, just be consistent. If that doesnt work, then find out as much as possible about him, expose him, and have someone go to his house to take care of business bahahaha. give it a little time...

Matt I def wouldnt stress over 10 days. Shoot, i work in a shop and sometimes it takes that long to get it direct from the company. I can see it being fishy if you cant get ahold of the guy but it really hasnt been that long, give it another week then i would worry.

Find out where he lives and send the WakeWorld mafia after him. I've heard they break knees for stuff like this.
