any one ride there and if you do, where do you find calm water? I was there a month ago and rode once cuz it was so choppy most of the time. Im going back for Labor day and hopefully get some nicer water. The water is sooo clean! i love it! it just sucks how choppy it gets.

Brian, we were there for the MC reunion in July. It was hard to find smooth water as the wind is always blowing it seems. Try Warner bay on the east side of Long Island, or better yet the whole northern end of the lake near Rogers rock.

Labor day is going to be crowded, best of luck.

(we wakesurfed alot too) :-)

Call the boys at Inverted Wakeboard School. They are always down for a pull and always looking for new faces to ride with. Invertedschool.com to get in touch. They are on Loon Lake which is right off 87. 3 mile long lake and ALWAYS butter! Benny G coached and rode there shortly before heading south.
