WWSC - World WakeSurfing Championship '07

Ok so check it out. I just found out about this yesterday so i figured it would be good to spread the news. BOARDSTOCK 12 will host the finals for the World WakeSurfing Championships this year BUT the prelim Qualifier sessions will be held in Merced, CA on Lake Yosemite Aug FRI 24- SUN 26.

Registration is like $75/rider and you have to qualify to ride at Boardstock if i heard right. Check out the site for more info/details. Later

The way I understand it the Worlds are no longer a part of Boardstock at all and the Merced event is the championships

oh. hmmm. so Boardstock is still having a wakesurfing event it just won't be part of the WWSC.

It's so nice to see 1 of the biggest events of the year doesn't even have their dates/location together until like a month before the event. That's good stuff.
