My boat broke and I need to replace the "ignition control module" at least I think thats what it is called. It controls the timing of the sparks to the distributor. The boat would run fine for a while but after an hour would miss fire and eventually stall out. Technician said thats what we needed but they don't make that particular one anymore. We would have to rewire the engine. If anyone knows where I might be able to get parts for a '91 Nautique, even used parts I would greatly appreciate it.

Don't know if you've posted on correctcraftfan.com yet, but post that question over there too. I bet someone on that site can get you an answer no problem.

jb... take a look at pertronix.com, you should just go ahead and replace the points with electronic ignition... install is easy amd costs about 100 dollars.
