The banana boat! JK, mine is yellow too and thats what the hick fisherman call it. Nice boat. You should enjoy that a lot more than the old outback.

Beautiful. Great boat have fun with it.
Alot of people talk trash on Moomba but you also see alot of people go from Moomba to Supra. Skiers Choice must know what they are doing.

Congrats!!! Love the boat and the color! Although I own a Malibu VLX, I ride an equal amount of time behind my friends SSV. It's a great boat with an awesome wake. If you need help dailing in the wake(weight), hit up Brandon Poser on how he sets up his--he is a great guy who will be more than glad to answer any question you may have.

Hey Chuck, I came from Kernville, I live in San Jose now! I would be honored to give a fellow bakersfieldian a ride if you find yourself in Northern California! Gotta say...the Delta is as sweet as people make it sound.

Again thank you everyone. Yellow is not my favorite color, but for some reason it looks great on the water.

My 02 Outback was yellow and I always had tons of compliments on the lake...

Wow, what a diffence between the two...bling, bling, bling...

Also I could not how much better the tandeem trailer is to pull. Even got 2-3 mph better.

insuranceman

How does that Sequoia handle while towing?
Old     (insuranceman)      Join Date: Jun 2005       12-25-2005, 5:25 PM Reply
Jethro,

The sequoia handles very good. The dual axle trailer handles much better than the single.

Thanks again everyone. Now I have to get a new SUV to pull it with so it looks better going down the highway(kidding)

Might take it out on Sunday and put a few break in hours on it. Suppose to be mid 70's this weekend.

Hey insuranceman-- I am looking for a new boat also. What made you decide on a Supra?
Old     (insuranceman)      Join Date: Jun 2005       12-30-2005, 6:22 AM Reply
David, All the wakeboard boats that everyone talks about on this board are good. I had bought a used 02 Moomba Outback last year and it was great (not a single problem) but realized that we Wakeboard more than ski so I made the jump.

My main reason on selecting Supra was the Customer Service from Skier's Choice. They have always been there when I had any questions and stand behind there product.

Hope this gives you some insite.

It is so hard to choose. I can't wait till I am back in the US so I can go to dealerships and actually talk to them, and touch the boats!

I rode behind Brandon Poser's (the guy chuck mentioned above) yesterday & I have to say I was very impressed with the boat. It handles rollers like a champ and throws a big meaty wake. He has 1k in the back, 800 in the walkway & another 500 in the bow. It was great. My dad has the Sequoia and that thing tows incredibly well. The Tundra is a rocket ship but the Sequoia is perfect for towing, a bit heavier and real stable on the road way.
