What does everyone here think of trampoline training? Does it help? Advantages? Disadvantages?

Does it help with inverts, spins, grabs? More or less for each?

Anytime you can practise on land, and save a faceplant in the water, I think you should....

Yes, the trampoline in the best way to learn new tricks. Inverts, spins, mobes whatever, you will benefit from it. I would reccommend a good quality one with a springs not straps and a safety net also. A good one is not cheap, also use a rope and handle to help you manuver the trick. My kids started progressing very fast after putting one up. Good luck.
