My first boat

Well i wasn't really in the market but this deal came along and i couldn't pass it up. My dad and i talked about how it would be fun to get a project boat. So i did. I'm extremely excited, especialy because my wife gave me her blessing.

Actually squid helped out with the deal too. To make a long story short it was a race to see who could get to it first. Kevin won, "Go Speed Racer", and now I've got a sweet project boat. I'm picking it up Saturday so no spring ride for me.

this is just the beginning. a few years ago i bought a 96 wellcraft exel with a 13 floor tower for 11k. rode the hell out it for 2 years in 04 traded it in for an 05 X-2 48k.rode it for 8 months plucked down 200k for a house on an island in the DELTA to make a long story short that 11k boat has jost turned into 300k. no complaint though im loving every minute i'm awake congrats again ENJOY see you on the water

i like how your 11k turned into 300k :-)

last year i bought an new outback for 30k and lived in a 175k house and then in november i traded it in and sold my house and get a bigger so my 200k turned into about 450k :-)

and loving every minute of it :-)
