Price for 06 Malibu VLX

I missed all of the deals this year on new boats b/c I had surgery on my knee and still had to sell my 03 bowrider. My wife and I have decided that we want a BU vlx and I was wondering if anyone knows about what we should expect to pay.

I know that we want:
Bow ballast
bimini
power wedge
heater
sony head unit
speakers can wait till later

I have talked over the phone several times and the dealer is talking about 52k plus sales tax (about 3k). 55k total

I appreciate everyone's input. We have two diff. BU dealers that are each about two hours away. We just want to know if we are getting a fair deal or are we paying too much.

sounds like a pretty good deal. trade or did you sell it

We were really fortunate. My brother in-law ended up buying it. I gave him a really good deal.

sounds like a great deal to me, but it would be worth comparing with the other dealer just to be sure

what dealer did you go with? I'm in Longview, TX and I know of only one Bu dealer around, in Shreveport, LA.
