Anyone know a place in sacramento that does vinyl repair

Check with the local boat dealers. Many of them use independent vinyl repair specialist that they bring in to handle their repairs. They should be able to give you the names of a couple.

I have used a shop called color glo in Manteca CA.They have a mobil service too and do a lot of shops in the bay area.
