I currently have my A22 for sale and am looking at what my next boat will be. We use the boat 90 % surfing goofy side so thats most important, Here is my list so far and am looking for some feedback.
1. Tige Z1
2. Centurion 230 plus
3. Axis A22 w SG
4 SANTE 210 w NSS

Well if you are looking new can knock the Z1 and 210 out right away. I was quoted almost 100K for a new 2014 210 with linc and NSS. Z1 you might touch for 75K depending on your dealer lightly optioned. But you can probably count those 2 out if new. Not sure about pricing on the A22 with surf gate or the Centurion.

I know the Tige makes a great Goofy wave. Also has a very good regular wave. Do you want to be able to switch sides quickly?

I don't care about the switching Im just going on the wave. I liked the Tige best Pro Ballast and Convex VX was great. I can also get the best deal on the Tige, thats why its 1st on my list.

It has the Convex Vx, Surf Bimini, Heater, Underwater and Docking Lights, Wetsounds system 4 Rev 10's 6 cabins and sub 3 amps. I think it has every option but the chart plotting and my dealer would probably be mad if I told the price but it is well within my budget.

If you would consider a Tige Z1 over a CC 210 with NSS at comparable prices then I guess aliens must have stolen your brain and replaced it with a much stupider brain which was pickled in formaldehyde and raised by a pack of wolves in the jungles of Rudyard Kipling's childhood until such time as the brain got eaten by a bear named Baloo who just happened to be a beer-swilling belligerent bully bear who habitated bars in Billings, Montana.

I have a A22 w/SG and I think the surf wave is very good. An A22 without SG can still be a nice surfing option. Is it a competition surf boat NO but will do more than most.

Centurion was mentioned early on but not since. I understand that there are many factors that go into buying a new boat. I won't rag on anyone for brand choice. With that said, Centurion has been on the forefront of wake surfing since its inception. They have continued to raise the bar in their fit and finish with each model year. The surf wakes are really good. (yes, I am prejudice. My daughter is a team Centurion team rider, but I bought my Enzo 233 before she was on the team)

If you are willing to spend $80K on a surf boat, then you have many better options than a Z1. That boat is way to small to through a wave that is comparable to a Enzo 244/233/230+, Tige RZ2/Ve 22/Ve24, Malibu 23/24, Supreme 226, MB 24, ect. I know for a fact you can get left over 2013 Centurion/Tige for that amount of money.
In any event, gook luck on the new purchase.

Put the $80k toward relocating to a coast with a decent surf break.

You can probably pick up a used Mastercraft for 70K, maybe a 2010 X25? That should be your play...

I have many options to think about but it doesn't matter if my axis doesn't sell.
