Does anyone know if jabsco makes a ballast puppy where the intake and output nozzles face the same direction? The reason I ask is that on my '04 X2, it seems like the center bag has a hard time filling and draining. When you look at the pump, one of the hoses comes straight from the manifold, and the other goes out the other side and does a huge loop up and over a wall and back towards the center bag. I think this excess hose is causing the pump to struggle a little bit. I thought about putting some elbows in to make the run a little more straight but I don't know how that would mess with the flow. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
I put the yellow impellers in sometime last year and they aren't as stiff as the blacks. Do you think the impeller fins could be too flimsy to seal good?
