I was in the 190 and it was horrible. Is the 205v any better?

Not really, it's a pretty flat bottomed boat. It's meant to be ridden in smooth water and it throws an AMAZING wake when weighted. Give it a test drive.

not sure but your coming from an i\o , i dont imagine that any boat in the year range your looking can compare. wake ski boats are made to perform in smooth water its just a sacrifice you have to make. How rough is your water or why that need...because you certainly wont be boarding in in. so get a good wakeboard hull and live with the rest is my suggestion....unless there is something specific about your boat application.

i am coming from a sanger v210 that we sold a while back and had a pretty good rough water ride. How does this compare?

I have went to pick up 2 different v210's and both were sold out from under me. i am being patient and getting the right boat but looking to see what other boat lines offer.

sanger are known for that(as i think it has a shallow v all the way through)....so if its that important it may be your best bet on what your looking for out there, like was said the mastercraft is flat and will rattle you.. Even my supra with the large front drop keel can rattle us pretty good in 2 foot chop....even when loaded. But thats compared to a i\o or and deep or semi v bowrider or fishing boat.

You have to show everyone how cool the 205v sammy duval edition looks with a new mastercraft tower

Not too mention it is one of the sickest wakes out there!

It's not a rough water boat, but if you fill the belly sac you can help it out a bit.

Rides like any comp boat. Keeps you dry and cuts through ok. I always leave the bow sac full. Helps tremendously. There ae better boats now, but back then in the year 2000 very few boats were rough water killers.

Centurion/sanger come to mind and a Supra.
