Board for beginner girls

So, the girlfriend and her friends want to start riding and they're very excited about it, but we don't want to spend hundreds of dollars on a board and bindings since:

1) they don't ride that often
2) they have drastically different shoe sizes and body types

I need a very beginner setup, super-adjustable bindings for different girls with an all-around board made for beginners.

Any suggestions?

I had a pair of HL Foundation bindings that seemed to fit almost everyone.
