how to contact O'neill

I am on my second O'neill Gooru vest. I have blown both of them out where you attach it to your shorts. Anybody know how to contact someone over at O'neill. All I see on the site, is "a please write to" section. any help would be great.

Contact the shop you bought the vest from, they should be able to help you out.

Dang yo it completely tore ? I just got mine and am starting to have a little trouble with the threading coming apart.

yep completely tore, i think its a bad design. The old ones used to have a draw string

Yea that sounds like a much better idea. I tried using the hole for my bathing suit strings and it didn't help at all so i don't use it anymore.

the new design is way better. the old drawstring sucked.
i ripped out the holes where you tie your shorts through but it doesnt matter much. it doesnt sound like something that would be big enough for a warranty thing
