Watson vs. Shane

I rode the 134 Watson last year but it was way to small so I thought about getting a bigger one or the Shane. I use to ride the old subjekt back in the day but thought it was way to loose, How does it compare to the new Shane. They both come in 138/ 142 im 160lbs and ride both small and really big wakes which would be the best?

I have a 138 Watson and I am your weight and keep coming back to it. I found the Shane to be much faster than the Watson and, at least the design from years ago, seemed to land harder. I ride a Lyman as well and would place it some where between a Shane and a Watson on speed and looseness. So I would say ride a Shane and a Lyman if you can before deciding. The Witness is also an excellent board with very predictable pop, not as fast as the Lyman or Shane, but significantly looser than your Watson.
