I thought it looked like CWC in the Phillipines

I saw that video and wondered the same. For sure it's NOT Costa Rica. Maybe Costa del Sol, Costa Brava, whatever costa. Many people think I live in Spain...

The beginning where he's standing on the beach looks just like CWC as well as all the cable riding looks to be CWC. No clue about the boat riding though, it's definitely not the lake at CWC.

Pretty sure the boat riding is on Clear Lake. You can tell by the church spire in the background of one of the shots.
