What Happened? CWB?

To all CWB riders.

I just bought the CWB Factions about a month ago. I was out on a youth wakeboard trip and go for a simple wake to wake jump and landed weird. Next ride i get up and my foot seems really tight and cramped, think nothing of it and fall again. Get up again and edge out for a jump and my foot was really hurting i let go look at my boot and come to find out that the whole back piece had ripped all the way off. Whats the warranty like can they be replaced?

one year limited lifetime on bindings..that means if you bought with in 1 year 100% REPLACED. limited means that after 1 year you can expect about 50% off

ripped them too, cwb is getting them fixed right now

I knew CWB would stand behind there stuff. Should i contact CWB directly or go through the dealer i bought them through.

If your dealer is cool they will replace them for you and deal with the warranty.
