substance vs. watson and ps3

keep in mind i like speed and a fairly loose board. also, im more into wake 2 wake riding if that helps. please leave your feed back and details on why u like which board most or would reccomend it for me. btw ill either be riding the 138's or the 137 on the ps3

i ride a substance 138 and like it because i'm getting good pop off the wake and it seems very stable to me. I'm also using my edge a lot more. But one of the guys I ride with just bought the PS3 137 (down from a 142 Byerly) and he's getting a LOT more air off the PS3, no problem with surface tricks, and loves the board. PS3 137 has cool graphics too!

Speed, loose board, and pop - I just got the Watson 138 two weeks ago and I am hooked!

I may get crapped on for this but, give an Absolute a try. Its a board in the same genre (wide/molded fins) and I prefer it to the Substance and Watson (haven't ridden the PS3). It's got thinner rails and a little more speed into the wake. I too am a very high wake to wake style rider and this board boots you UP! Plus the Platinum is silly light weight and has loads of snap off the wake. The center spine makes landings super soft.

On the flipside the 06 Watson is the sickest looking board ever.

Riding the 142 Watson and highly reccomend it.
Loose feel with no center fin, decent pop and super soft predictible ladings.
