A few weeks before the scheduled shoot date, Reed and I sat on his truck's tailgate for a couple hours and brainstormed any possible shot idea. Our ideas ranged from building a 15 x 20 wall ride that looked like a billboard to driving all the way to North Carolina for a ledge spot. In the end, we ended up going with what seemed to be the most bang for our buck; we would trailer a 12 x 8 kicker into a pond under the 408 and I would tap one of the pillars. Sounds easy enough right??? Well, nothing is easy! - Bob Soven

Sheesh. 3/4 of the video is filler. I guess everyone is a mini Spielberg now. The actual riding was good. Too bad we can't just get to the point these days.

Well, there's 2 minutes of my life I'll never get back. :/

Its not about just getting to the point. Using fillers and creating a journey in a film is what makes it great. I agree with getting to the point when creating a clip of riding behind the boat but obviously you guys don't do much urban riding like that because if you did and you made an edit you would do the same. A lot more goes into it than just launching your boat and getting the weight dialed so they showed us what was going on to make it happen. Sick

Really guys whining about wasting two minutes of your life because you didnt think video was good enough yet you took two extra minutes to complain about it... get a life off your a$$es and go wakeboard maybe for a change. Film your stuff and take time to make an edit. Lets see the criticism you get. You cats need to learn to respect what these guys do day in and day out as professional riders and to keep this sport alive and these edits coming. What do you do, cruise wake-world and talk trash.

How do you talk your way out of being arrested? If he only got a ticket or a warning, I dont understand... Sick Edit, props to him/her, and sick riding! Its nice to see Bob's riding come out of hiding from the camera lately!
