17 Divisions Crown Winners at
Nautique WWA Wake Park National Championships

Wake Park Nationals - Day 1 | Wake Park Nationals - Day 2

WWA Wake Park Nationals

Waco, TX. – The final day of competition at the Nautique WWA Wake Park National Championships presented by Rockstar crowned winners across 17 divisions. Spanning all ages and skill levels, riding was exceptional in all divisions and a testament to the progression of park riding’s role in the sport.

One of the day’s premiere performances came in the Pro Women Features division. Courtney Angus handled the ramps and rails on BSR’s cable park with ease, launching some of the day’s biggest airs and most stylish rail sections. For her impressive effort, judges awarded Angus with a perfect 100-point score and the division’s 2014 National Champion title.

“It feels great to win Wake Park Nationals,” said Angus. “All the girls were riding so good the entire event that it helped me elevate my riding. I’m excited to walk away the winner.”

The Open Men’s Features also held its share of highly-competitive heats. The finals were a neck-to-neck affair with Brenno Fantin squeaking out the victory. The win was well deserved for Fantin, who willed himself to the podium’s top spot with a complete run that included equal parts style and progressive maneuvers.

More than 170 riders participated in Wake Park Nationals throughout the weekend and more than 200 in Wakeboard Nationals. The two events combined to create one of the largest national championship competitions in the sport’s history.
