The Official Trailer of WakeWorld

Share

WakeWorld Boatmate TrailerAs some of you may have had the opportunity to find out, it can be agonizing waiting for your new boat, the one you custom ordered with all the pretty colors and options you wanted, to arrive at the dealer. Yeah, it's one of those first world problem things, but don't take this away from me. Waiting for the new WakeWorld whip, a 2017 Super Air Nautique G23 in Onyx Black, Tungsten Grey and Reef Blue, is a crazy mixture of excitement and torment.

Luckily, we recently got a little relief when our dealer, M2O Marine, gave us a call to let us know the trailer had arrived. When Nautique told Boatmate that we needed a trailer for WakeWorld Boatmate Trailerour new "G," to say that Boatmate stepped up in a big way would be the understatement of the year. The trailer that arrived was completely unexpected!

Boatmate started by matching the color scheme of the trailer to the boat, so the aforementioned Tungsten Gray and Reef Blue shared the duties of coating the trailer frame! The black was included in the form of all the diamond plate trim that was applied wherever one might use the trailer as a step. The colors were a perfect match to the boat and knowing that they were applied over a galvanized structure gives me the peace of mind I need when dipping the trailer into any body of water.

Speaking of steps, this trailer has them everywhere! In addition to the standard wheel well steps, they've got the steps in the back that allow you to easily climb up to the swimstep with minimal effort. These steps have come in very handy on our current Boatmate trailer, especially if you've got banged up knees. In the front of the trailer is a series of steps that make it easy to climb up to the bow of the boat without damaging the gelcoat. When it comes to the steps on the side of the trailer, Boatmate again wentWakeWorld Boatmate Trailer above and beyond expectations by not only adding a custom Nautique logo, but by also adding in an extremely complicated WakeWorld logo as well. Some LED lights behind both of these logo cutouts make sure they look even more amazing after the sun goes down.

To finish it all off, Boatmate brought in five KMC Rockstar wheels and wrapped them in Nitto tires. Of course, they had the wheels custom painted with Reef Blue trim to put the cherry on top of an already amazing trailer.

I can write more about this trailer, but the printed word really doesn't capture the beauty. Therefore, we've got photos and video for you so you can really appreciate this work of art!
