Wayz - No, thats my buddys place. He owns all those boats except mine - SUPER BALLER!!!!!!
I was thinkin of tryin to get a house there now with the currect prices, but i can use my boys house anytime - so think Ill just do that for a little bit and hold onto my doe for now.

Theres a bunch of duplexs for sale and rent right now. I was there on easter sunday. Just drive down Marlin.

What's a duplex on the delta go for? Obviously clueless since I live 2800+ miles away.

Dude save the cash, and fill your buddy's boat up, or buy the meat for the bbq, or the keg, or whatever. Your buddy may be a baller, but he still needs buddies to have fun with all those boats and what not. It is cheaper for you to spend $100 on him every time u go up there, than to actually buy a place.

the big boat on the lift is his 35ft Cobalt.

rick - definately - bring up steaks and booz whenever I come up for the house. The only boat he actually uses on a reg is the yaught. We cruise it near railroads or near vics and anchor it. Then head out on my SAN to ride, then tie up to the yaught to chill.
Yeah - he actually asks me to come up as often as possible - since he is usually the only one that heads up to his weekend house and is usually all by himself - unless its a big weekend.
