I'm looking for a new board and boots for the up coming season. I'm currently looking at the Ronix one time bomb 2012 and the LF Harley 2012/2013... I like boards that have a lot of pop, soft landings, loose feel and is light. Which board would better suit my needs? And any suggestions on boots? I'm most looking for open toe bindings.

I can't help you out on the Harley, but you pretty much described the feel of the Timebomb. I ride a '12. The board has massive pop, forgiving landings, locks in on command, but is loose at the same time. The Timebomb is the lightest and stiffest of all the One boards. I think it is the lightest in the Ronix line. Hope this helps.

OBrien Contra or Format. Both are very fast on the water, have a ton of pop and super soft and forgiving landings. Through my experiences, if you want a little more pop, go with the COntra due to the 3 stage. If you want more predictability and softer landings, ride the Format because its progressive! If you can demo them both I'd recommend that, then you can choose what you like best!

Both Danny Harf and Harley have done multiple 1080's so neither one should hold you back.LOL

You just described the Harley, landings aren't too bad though.. The One has soft landings but its probably the slowest things i've ever ridden, its really stiff as well. The pop is insane on both of them, and i remember them both being super light. On the bindings I really like the Ones from Ronix, really comfy boot, and Ronix has awesome customer service. The Harley boots didn't do much for me, but im not landing 1080's or double tantrums.....

Good luck bud! Cant go wrong with either.
