Gekko surf boats?

Hi, I'm just looking into a REVO 6.7 or 7.1 do to price point. Just wondering if anyone has any experience with these boats, what are your opinions? Also if there is something you'd recommend for a best budget wake/surf/ski boat. Thanks!

You'd be better off getting a Sanger than one of the Revo models. (Bias disclosure: I have a Sanger on the Shuswap) The wake is better for everything and they handle Shuswap storms much better. Gekko was around and then failed. They were restarted and they are making the same hull they used to, although the Revo was the best of their past lineup.
For myself, I'd look at most other boats used as better price point values than the Gekko products. Malibu (U.S.A. version) has a good presence in Kamloops and there should be a number available nearby. Some of the Centurians have deep V's that work well for surf and wake but not so much for skiing. You'll get lots more suggestions. It is a tough year to be buying a US made boat in Canada but you might get an older new one somewhere or used should be unchanged in price from a couple years ago.

Man if it were me and I was looking at NEW boats, I wouldn't even have Gekko on my list.

Very high lack of confidence in the brand, pricing isn't anything special. The suggestion of the Sanger is a solid one. Best bet would probably be a V215 is best of all three worlds is what you're after. If waterskiing isn't that high up on the list, think Axis, MB, or Supreme.
