Anyone need to tow a houseboat and 9 people??

This is the strangest vehicle that I have seen on ebay. I generally have at least one custom 6 door truck and am always looking for another one, like this:

This "thing" came up in my ebay search, what do you think... you could pull a houseboat up the pass in the snow (it's a 4x4) and have room for the entire family...

Wow, that thing is a hash job. It still is pretty cool though. It looks like it started life as an international class 5 truck and was customized from there. The bed looks like crap on it and must be a 90's Chevy dually bed.
