Need y'alls input on a starter boat I'm looking at. I've been focused on finding a decently priced ski nautique 2001 as I know what I get with these. I've maintained and rode behind an 84 2001 of a cousins for the past 2 yrs. In the search a 92 american skier volante has caught my attention. its on here and onlyinboards and in the same town. I know it won't throw as good of a wake as an sn 2001, but it is an open bow and newer (and no wood in the boat i think, correct me if im wrong). im worried about the lack of freeboard and shape of the wake when i sack it out. give me some feed back.

Add a tower, a stereo & some ballast & you will rock it all summer long. You will improve the value for years on that boat.

If he is in the same town, go test drive it and sack it out.

Landon, I am the owner of the 1992 American skier volante. Would be glad to answer any questions you have as well as let you test drive if interested. I have one fat sack that I can bring. You are free to bring more.
