I am always excited to see wakeboarding get exposure in local media outlets, but I am often dissapointed with the way it is portrayed. It seems like rather than use a picture or image that has a good alignment to the story they just use a stock wakeboard photo.

Take a look at this:

Problems with this picture:

1) Tindy! WTF!
2) Looks like it is from 2007 from the bindings '07 Watsons I think
3) The article is about the Allen, TX cable park (Which I am so pumped about!!!) and this is clearly a behind the boat pic.

I have been riding since 1997 so I am not the casual observer, but this pic just looks lame! If the point of the image is to get me to imagine myself wakeboarding at the cable it does not really do that.

Just an observation from a crazy, washed up rider...

Congratulations to Chad Lacerte and Allen, TX and I hope the install continues to go smoothly!
