I have an I/O and im guessin i shouldnt be wakesurfin behind it, but i just want to make sure, i do have a swim platform coverin the lower unit but give me your advise

JOnathan, imagine putting your hand in a blender.
Now imagine that 2" blade is 14" in diameter and is powered by 165 hp instead of that cute little electric motor.

It should work just fine....until you fall....then it will be the last thing you ever do.

Please do not surf behind an I/O or outboard. Consider the propeller placement on an inboard as a kind of necessary safety equipement.

I bet you can network on WW's find a 3rd be a 3rd and find someone with an inboard that is looking for another surfer. If you're ever in that states near central Ohio I'd be happy to have you on board.
