So i just had time to look through the new wake mag and saw the article on Darin's come-back. Not only has he re-entered the wake scene with barely a whisper, but it seems this new company, "Grind Water" he is starting has come up completely under the radar... at least for me.

I had no Idea he was starting a new company, that is cool! he definitely has to have quite a load going on right now: his wake school, new dream home in Kauai, Growing Family with the baby and all, and now a new wake company. sheeze!!

Is there any other info/ comments on this "Grind Water" out there?

He has just had an op on his shoulder so probably won't be wakeboarding until next year.

I think thats a smarter move than starting a new wakeboard company. And those wakesurfers look pretty sweet!

I heard they are going to have a towable slider/photography tube with a built in camera/flash housing.

If Darin had design influence on those wakesurf boards, they have got to be pretty sick. He is a hell of a surfer.

I would love to get my hands on one of those.

Grindwater
I like the name. It's cool to see legend like Darin
get a company going himself, separate of all that
Archer b.s.
I wonder if this will be like a HO sports then
a company like Hyperlite comes out of it?

Congrats Darin!

Very cool to see Darin out there again. Those wakesurfers look interesting. Almost like a Walzer on steroids!
