Where can i buy a Walzer. I live in So Cal and would to see and touch before I buy. Actually I would prefer a demo, but I don't think thats realistic.

I think we can manage that. What type of weight range are we looking at?

I'm interested in two boards. One for myself, I'm 160lbs and want fast board that will release for air. The second board is for my wife. she is 110, but doesn't look an ounce over a 100lbs (in case she's reading). She has more of a soul rider style. Currently, we both ride the hyperlite Coex.

Sean,
Sean,

Thanks for the Demo! What a difference a board makes. Walzers are so much more light and manuverable than I'm used to. Also, I like the 3' of air or your money back garauntee. J/K, The board is exactly what I had in mind to progress. Again, Thanks for coming out with us. I still can't believe you only used a spring suit! have you thawed out yet?

AWL,
If you ever need a third shoot me an e-mail. I live in Murrieta as well.
Those Walzer boards are amazing. I still have to pick mine up from Clubmike.

Sean- Any new board designs coming out?

Three6ty,

I'll keep you in mind. I plan on going out mostly mid week. What's your schedule like midweek?

Alan, I'm not going to lie. I was still cold when I went to sleep Sunday. Thanks again for the pull.

three6ty- yes, new 2 sizes of the present 1" twin, a pro model or 2, and at least 1 completely new line. At least that's what I heard.

One complete new line? Not again Sean!? Give it up dude!
Old     (caskimmer)      Join Date: Apr 2006       03-06-2007, 7:09 PM Reply
what can I say, I like to try new things. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't but I'll never give it up.

edit: and the 2nd line Walzer actually wanted to develop 1st it's just that we were both happier with the way early 1" twins turned out so he decided to run with that 1st.

2nd edit: (the only thing stopping both lines from being introduced at the same time last year was we weren't happy with the fin options currently available.)

I know the whole "that didn't work" concept pretty well myself. When you discuss the fin options, you're using something different than the Future's 2 3/8's?

Sean,

What's the "new line" going to be like? Would it be better for my wife?
Old     (caskimmer)      Join Date: Apr 2006       03-07-2007, 7:26 AM Reply
it might, but I was actually thinking of loaning you an older prototype made from different materials that I think might be the solution. I'm running out the door for work but I'll explain it to you this evening

Unfortunately I am usually out of town Monday through wed or thursday. Work from my home office on friday.

New job has me traveling all over the place. But when it slows down I will be home a little more during the week.

Sean,

Had questions about the e-mail you sent regarding a demo day, and several questions about a Walzer. Easier on the phone. Please call when you can.

Thanks.

Hard to find people selling wakesurf equipment in west central Florida. The more I ride, the more I want to try new stuff before purchasing

it's soooo frustrating picking out a surf board....if you're kinda new to it! I'd love to pick up a shred stixx, Phase 5, Walzer or some other high end board. anyone have any suggestions for somebody that's 5'7 155/160....but would like to get a board that just about anyone can get on and ride. I can always get something a little more specialized later on. I don't want a board that's a cruiser only though....something you can have some fun on would be nice!

fletch - Wave me down or we can hook up and ride sometime and you can try out my Walzer. We are always on LA between Apache and Quinlan.

Hey Gino,

Not sure if you were referring to me or not, we ride on New Hogan, but Dennis is on Folsom frequently. We have an older 1" Walzer that you're welcome to try. I think that James may be riding it in some upcoming contests, but after or in between I can send it up with Dennis if you want to give it a rip.

On your Yellow What year? No delam or cracks? How much are you wanting for it?
Old     (freeride22)      Join Date: Apr 2007       04-11-2007, 4:07 PM Reply
oh my bad...I thought you were around here...must have been Dennis...I believe the Yellow is a 05...bought at the end of 05 summer and rode it last summer...no delam...it does have one small crack to the gel coat around the nose but other than that is is super clean...haven't really put much thought into a price but if your interested we can figure something out.
