Chico State's Wakeboard Team will be hosting a wakeboard competition Saturday May 2, 2015! This event will take place at a private lake called Villa Lagos. Everyone (Old Schoolers, Alumni, College, High School, Groms, and Mini Groms) are all welcome to come out and ride.
Spectating is free, so come out and enjoy the Northern California wakeboard scene!!
The day events are planned for this, but all times are subject to change:
CHECK-IN/OPEN REGISTRATION: 8-9:45 AM
RIDER MEETING: 9:45 AM
MEN'S BEGINNER: 10 AM
(one invert AND one 360 spin)
WOMEN'S BEGINNER
(one invert OR 360 spin)
MEN'S INTERMEDIATE: 1 PM
(no mobes, 720s, or backside 540s)
WOMEN'S OPEN
(anything goes)
MEN'S OPEN: 3 PM
(anything goes)
ONE HIT CONTEST: 6PM
This contest will consist of only one trick. The
Timeless 180! Throw it frontside, backside, or rewind it! Riders will be able to have multiple runs depending on daylight, and have half the lake before the designated trick area.
AWARDS: 8 PM
-Top three from each division
-Hammer of the Day
-Best Crash
RIDER REGISTRATION:
-$15 for Divisional Competition
-$5 for ONE HIT CONTEST
Please register by Friday, May 1 at 10pm by emailing
chicowakeboardteam@gmail.com with your Name and Division to ensure a spot. Riders registering the day of may not have a guaranteed spot. All levels are welcomed!

SUPPORTERS: The lake is small so you can watch the riders from anywhere around the lake! The lake is surrounded by grass so feel free to bring chairs, blankets, and lawn games. Also, please be respectful of the property and neighbors. This is a free admission event!
We will have a barbecue and raffle throughout the day!
