For those of you in the San Jose area, just thought I would post a quick THUMBS UP for the service I received at Topside Marine. I'm in the process of buying a SAN and I called them about doing an final inspection. Bill walked me through the process for about 10 minutes over the phone (he volunteered, I didn't ask him to) and invited me into the shop so he could walk me through all of the finer points of test-driving a boat and what I should be looking for.
I'm not sure how their prices compare with other shops, but I can tell you that I'm impressed with their service. I'll definitely take the boat back to them (when it's eventually mine :-).
