Wanted to drop by and throw out a big thanks to Tim, Rob and the rest of the wetsounds crew!
Some of you may have read my woes I was having with my SD2, and all the troubleshooting we went through.
I ended up corresponding with Tim and Rob, and we got my amp sent back.
They sent out a replacement, immediately without hassle to get me back on the water.
They have been awesome answering my questions promptly, Tim even messaging me back at 9pm at night. They really stand behind their stuff. Customer service is really important to me, especially on high priced gear like Wetsounds.
My replacement amp showed up along with a couple Wetsounds shirts, and I just wanted to say thanks!
