Does anyone know a way to find out how many NEW boats are sold per year by the big manufacturers? Looking at

Nautique
Malibu
Mastercraft
Centurion
Tige
Supra
Moomba
Supreme

Thanks in advance.

MC and Malibu are public, you can find their shareholder information online somewhere and it'll tell you their volume. I'll dig around and see if I can find a link.

Mastercraft, Form 10-K (Annual Filing), Filed 9/18/2015, Page 44, Unit Volume

FY 2012 - 1720
FY 2013 - 1949
FY 2014 - 2135
FY 2015 - 2547

Click here for full 10-K filing

Can look at other investor relations items through the Mastercraft website. Same with Malibu, just did Mastercraft for ya. The others aren't public so I doubt you'll find any internal numbers.

From malibu's filings... also if I am reading it right their net profit is 50% of their revenue so they are getting a 100% markup on these (not even counting any dealer profit which would be added to the price malibu charges their dealers).

Don't take up accountancy anytime soon. 36% mark up. 14% NP on sales before tax. Not too bad.
