Yep! 750's piggy back in rear. And depending on year either front locker sac or under seat sac. And 500lbs of lead! U'll also need a monster torque prop! Keep as much lead as possible towards the rear and only move enough up front so u can plane and not porpoise!

What year?

If its 2006 or older our setup was:

1000 rear (500 each side)
800 ski locker (fat seat bottom pro-x sac)
~700 bow - triangle bow sac under the playpen seating
+ two 85 lb lead bricks to offset people

I am simialr to the above

750s in the rear
not 100% sure of the belly 600-800 i need to change it out
300 in lead and triagle sac up front

Small hijack but still about weighting it..

@ Nick
Do you think you are getting 700 up front in that sac? mine doesnt seem to be that much that is why I added extra weight. IS yours actually shoved under the front seats? Seems like it only fills up about 3" or so. I think that was the measurement I took

Anyone got a long surf wave? More than 5' off the platform?

My 2003 SANTE I just removed the rear hard tanks and replaced with 750's. I have a 1000 bow triangle above the seats and the factory 300# belly tank. I'm still playing with the setup, but love the wake shape and size so far. I'm running the 1464 (old 1578) ACME prop and it has no problems getting on plane.

We the bag + 150 lbs of lead in the very very tip of the bow, I assume the bag gets about 50% full, so about 500 lbs. We fill until the bag starts warping the shape of the boat ... we notice this because the windshield walk through starts to separate.

The more bow weight you get, the more mellow the wake gets.... with our setup + people in the bow, its actually pretty rampy.

Nope, short and tall.

@ nick yeah i use areators so I fill mine until it starts draining itself :-)

I have access to blid flanges at work so i have at least 300lbs of flanges plus the sac at whatever capacity that is.

I dont like the short and tall surf wake, which we dont surf much, so I have messed with a ghetto gate trying to make it longer.

Again, this is the older 210 hull, pre-2007. 750's in the rear (I don't fill them slammed full, probably fill to 600 or so is my guess), 350 (?) in the center locker tank (better actually not to have the center locker tank and use the fat seat bottom identified above, if you can), triangle under bow seat in bow (I've always assumed this fills to like 400 just eyeballing it), and some extra weight up front (I've been adding 400-600 in a 750 lb bag, used to have about 300 lbs of lead) on the bow. I also usually add another fat brick (100) or custom sac (250) to the playpen area, depending on how many people are in the boat. I've found that you want weight up front to make the tranny longer (still steep as can be). Weight throughout the boat (not just bow and stern) also makes the wake really firm and the pull smooth (unlike a teeter-totter). Congrats, you're going to love it.

1999 210 - This setup is what I normally run:

1200 rear (600 each side of the engine)
1100 belly
350 across the bow
4-5 peeps

We just use factory tanks in rear and belly plus a 300 in front of the rear bench and a 300 in the walkway or on top of the front seats with 3-4 people. It's plenty big and easy to fill. Is it maxed out super sized wake....no but plenty of advanced tricks go down behind it (albeit not when I'm riding). Not saying the others are overkill just giving you a different perspective. I do plan to remove hard tanks and put 750s back there and add a bunch of lead up front next year to give it a little more oomph.
