Where do you generally ache after a long session? The day or two after if I its at the start of the season I ache on my upper arms, at the elbow joint and sometimes at my stomach. Thinking about it, I should probably warm up shouldn't I! I do for every other sport, wakeboarding is no different! Do you always warm up?

My back usually winds up killing me, and I'll have a headache for a while too, as I like to wait until I've slammed my head into the water a few times before I finally stop. Then again, the headache could be from messing up my neck too...
