Time to replace - Need advice

I've been out of the loop for quite a while. The site says my last login was October 2013 : )

Our 99xstar / MC205v is over 900 hours and likely going to have 'something' to fix and bring it out of the water every season for the rest of its life. So, it's time to start researching for its replacement.

We have a big new pontoon, so I'm not looking for the family friendly boat. I'm looking for something made in the past 7 years that prioritized a great, firm wake for wakeboarding. I've loved how steep and firm the 99's wake is with about 3000lbs weighted evenly.

We don't need frills, just a great performing wake.

It's not hard for us to find a dealer for the major brands.

I've lost track of innovations in this sport, so any help would be fantastic.
