I am considering having my windows tinted in my Supra this winter, probably something very light. Has anyone who has there windows tinted regret doing this for visibility reasons in the early morning, late night? water spot problems? scratching? peeling? streaking when cleaning?

Also, if you have some pics of your boat windows tinted please post them up.

Thanks, Travis.

No regrets. I have had my windows tinted 20% for the last couple of years. It does get a little difficult to see towards dusk. I will definitely tint my windshield on our next boat.

Yea... I should have gone darker.
I have 35% but I think I would go 20% now.

I have tinted my last 2 boats and love it. Just dont go too dark. All you need is to cut down the glare off the water, if you go too dark you get a lot of glare from inside the boat, especially at night.

20%, no regrets. At night I would look over my windshield anyways.

I will never have another one without tint. I fell like an idiot for not having the past 25 years.

Travis M. Good thing the Supra at Worlds did not have any tint, You would have run me over at the shore line on the double up.(Like 5 ft from the boat @ speed) Made for some great pictures though !

I would never own a boat without it again. It the best thing that I have ever done. 20% is as deep as I would go because limo is just to deep for me cause I tried both and I found that 20% was way better. Either way its gonna look amazing. Get it!!

For those with the lighter tints like 20 and 35 percent. Can you still look through the windshield when towing evening sets or do you sit up and look over the windshield?

Yes in fact you can see better by looking through the windshield. It cuts the glare down off the water. I love it.
