Think about how many wakeboarders live in florida, none of them have been attacked. Most alligators are scared of the boat, don't worry about it. Just ride. Oh yea when i was there we actually went looking for gators but didn't see any. Have fun and you'll get over it!

where i ride there are also alligators.. ive seen them, but they are scared of the boat, so the only time we've seen them is when we're on the dock and there are no boats nearby.... but i can tell you that when i fall i do look around although i know they wont come near... and anyways if they do, i have a big board i can use to scare them away.
Dont mind the gators and ride!!

We just talked about this the other day and I guess stay clear of crocodiles.Alligators like mentioned above are scare of you more then you are of the gator. Have fun and ride.

At last! I got to ride on a wakeboard boat for the first time! My friend just got his Air Nautique Team Edition 2005. It was a little scary at first.. the wake was huge! After getting used to it (and when I wasn't terrified anymore) I loved it! I had a little trouble at first because the boat is so much stronger than other boats I've ridden in, I had trouble keeping the handle. But then I took a big approach and went w2w! It's so much easier with a nice wake! Still have the terrified face but believe me, I'm lovin it! Going to Dean Lavelle's wb school in 2 weeks, I hope I can learn something good!

Dean Lavelle is the best coach ever! we went out with him when he was here is Aus. hes really cool and you learn heaps from him!

Im so excited... in one week im going to be riding at Deans... im going to ride on monday with one of the other coaches because thats the day he comes back from Aus, but on tuesday hopefully hell be coaching me!

I was just surprised Stan would run that line you guys rode that day, but I talked to him this weekend and that's without his sacks filled? Looks like the wake is nice. THe wind has just been all wrong out there the last couple of weekends. I'm hoping for a good one this weekend!

um, the bay you were riding in is called stumpy bay, for a very good reason. Lots of stumps to tear things off of a boat that is loaded down.
