I'm usually up on Allatoona. If you are looking for a bunch of Georgia riders check out atlwake.com - there are bunch of folks from the lakes around Atlanta and some events going on too

I do, right now at Lanier. We are taking our boat out of dry-stack, and now we'll be doing a little more traveling to different lakes. Most of our time will be spent at Lanier though...

I ride Lake Hartwell for the majority but two or three times I will pull to Carters Lake. I really like carters but the lake house at Hartwell is to fantastic to make Carter's a full time place.

I ride Lake Blackshear 90% of the time. Rest of the time it is either Cherry Lake or we put in the River at Sandy Point, both of which are in North Florida. I will probably be moving a little further North at the end of this year though.

I ride at Lanier which is way low right now. I hope that it gets better but I don't really expect it to reach normal levels this season. I guess everybody will be jockeying for places to ride since many of the little coves that we normally use are pretty sketchy with the current lake levels.

Anyone ride on russell? There is no one and I mean no one ever out on the water. Hartwell is our home lake but with the drought and all russell is awesome because it had PLENTY of water.

At the end of last year we almost needed 4wd to get out of the sand at the bottom of the ramp at old federal. Shoal Creek I heard was a little better. Thats where we usually go anyway. How about props in the shoal creek cove there? We ruined on one last year cause it got really shallow really fast and hit a submerged log.

I used to ride in Lanier back when I lived in Cumming. That was over a decade ago when you could still find great water all the time. I still remember that cove you had to drive through the no-wake at Bald Ridge to get to. Back then, nobody knew it existed. That's where I learned to wakeboard. The Poplar Springs boat ramp at Hartwell is only about 25 miles from my current house. I ride there when I can get the crew for it. If not, I head to Lanier. I despise Lanier these days. I know there are nice hiddenish coves at Lanier if you know where to look but I prefer the Hartwell method of just going north until nobody is around. They are pretty bad about marking tree stumps at Hartwell though. I have a map with red marker all over it from where the stumps are bad.

yeah I had a buddy that tore the back end out of his new X2 this time last year by running aground. These days you def. have to be careful where you are at on the water.

I ride at Sinclair I think the water is about 80 by the power plant... We have a good group of guys from the GCSU Wake team that ride out there alot.. A cuple of they guys have nice boats (an X2 and a Malibu) so if you ever need a pull grab some gas money and hit us up..

Grant, Do you guys run the White and Red X2? I have seen this boat on several different occasions and I was just curious. We only get up to the lake a few times a summer but always see that boat....I am very partial to it as we have a black one. We will be there for a long weekend in May and then a week again in August. Cant wait.

Yea the X2 is white and Red... We are riding this weekend if it doesn't rain.. Normally we would ride either way but Gas is killing so we are being more conservative. We are probably going to be using the Malibu more often because it is better with the gas.. Hope to see yall out there..
