Well, I like the subjekt. But I kinda want a new board. I want it to ride similar maybe a little faster. Any suggestions? How does the new shane compare? Or boards from other brands?

Thanks--

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Shane Bonifays pro model is what used to be the subjekt.

Your correct Ty. Ethan, if you can, check out Shane's pro model. Coincidentally, its called "The Shane". lol check it out, if you liked the subjekt, try it out. Same rider, probably some of the same features in the board.

Ethan, I rode an old Subjekt and moved to a 3DS, now called the Pulse I believe. My guess is the Ronix Covin would be similar as well. I liked the speed boost I got with the change, but there was a slight loss in 'pop' for me at least. I needed the predictability I got from the continuous rocker of the 3DS. This year I got a new Transcend and am loving it so far. If you get a chance, I'd look at those boards. I rode the Shane several times and didn't really dig it, and I loved my Subjekt. The Shane just felt too wide and had a really weird pop on my TS edge.

Thanks. I will look into those boards.

I know the shane is the new "subjekt" thats why I said the new shane. haha....

Hows the 06' shane to the 08' look very similar other than a few little things. Does the small molded fins on the new shane make it much tighter?
I hear he will have a new shape for 09' I might wait for that....

Ethan, Lyman's board seems like it would be pretty similar to the old subjekt with how thin it is. That was an awesome board
