NEW RACKS ON E-BAY?

I'm a mom of 3 boys with a boat without a tower and don't plan on buying one until we buy our next boat in 2-3 years. I just ran across a new rack that attaches to the boat cleat on e-bay by a company named Liquid Courage Watersports.. they have a website of www.l-c-w.com... anyone know anything about these racks and how they work or what the difference between '06 and '07 models are?

i just bought one, thanx for lettin us know bout it, i have been looking for something like this since i have no tower but my boards take up so much room
