have had 2 of these. 1st one was the dual wheel. One of the wheels broke off within 3 months so I elected to go with the single wheel on the next one. After six months and very little use, the jack jammed up and the crank handle broke on the inside. After tearing it apart it was evident that there was no lubrication on the screw jack. The screw jack was totally covered in rust to the point that it would no longer operate. Luckily I still had the other broken jack laying around so I was able to rebuild it. I added a grease zert to the exterior housing to allow some maintenance.

Fulton sucks - have had the dual and single wheel and they both seized after one season.
