New bindings on old board (2008 LF witness)

Does anyone know if the 2015 LF CT way sons will fit on the thread pattern of a 2008 witness? I currently have 2011 watsons but they are on their last leg.

I'm pretty sure the 2008 liquid force boards had a 7" spread but all the bindings since have a 6" plate. This means that you will likely lose both the narrowest and widest stances. If that doesn't bother you, then you're good to go. If you normally ride the widest option however, you will either need a set of older bindings with an 8" plate, a new board in addition to new bindings, or a set of the liquid force extension angle locks in addition to new bindings
