I want to send my girlfriend to a Girls/Women wakeboard camp in California this summer for her birthday. Which camps have you been pleased with the accommodations, instructors, schedule, etc? She is an intermediate rider wanting to learn to spin and go inverted. Any information would be helpful.

I dont know about one specifically for women, but Amber Wing teaches at the boarding school (i think). You can send her to that one and request for her to instruct her. And you can email my boyfriend and tell him to send me there too ;)

Maybe try the Girls Learn to Ride website. And, like Cris, tell my b/f to send me to one . . . um, but find me a new b/f first, cuz mine just got axed!

I'm going to the one in Cathedral City, CA. Its the Girls Learn to Ride session partenered with the Liquid Force Maven project. Its from July 30 - Aug 4. Here's a link you may find helpful:

Note to the girls: my husband isn't sending me either. Just a B-day present to myself. He does support me 100%
