Someone stepped onto the swim platform and noticed it was bouncing. We had been resting in some wind chop and the swim platform had been slapping against the waves all day. In the end the bracket's welds completely snapped off and we had to pull the pins and remove the platform and come in.

I've look around online and I can't find a Malibu parts lists or a place to order the part. We're at the lake for the weekend and any welding shop seems to be closed for the weekend.

Does anyone know where I can order this part so I don't mind jury-rigging a fix for this weekend? It should be fixable by anyone with welding/grinding equipment but everyone is closed for labor day...

Thanks for the help.

Try to find some JB Weld and put it back together. If your planning on replacing it anyway vs having it fix, I wouldn't think twice anout smearing JB Weld all over it. I know how it feels to have you trip ruined by the platform falling off.

Ya, that's our thought right now. Drill and tap some bolts into it and JB Weld / L brackets to hold it in place. My biggest problem is I have no idea how to find the replacement part right now. I can't find anything in searches / I don' t know what I'm looking for. Until I've found the replacement i'm holding off on the quick fix so it can be done right.

If this is something that I can order through my local Malibu dealership I'll just do the quick fix tomorrow morning.

I'm sure you can get them through your Malibu dealer. Contact Malibu directly. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction for replacement parts.
