I finished my 90 days two weeks ago, rested a a couple of days and I was going through with draws. So started another 90 days! From dieting a month before starting my first 90 days and through the 90 days I lost 42 pounds! Went from a size 40 pants to size 36 being loose. Saw major changes all over. This truly is a life style change and not just a 90 day program. I have to say I've been ou wake boarding twice since I lost the weight and man what a difference! More stamina, more pop and already more tricks in my riding. My first run was crazy since my center of gravity was off, but fixed that quickly. All and I'm I'm stocked with p90x and I can't wait to see where I'm at in another 90 days!
