Sanger V215 with Black Scorpion motor. I have a 90 degree fitting on the top of my fuel tank that runs to the fuel line. Is the anti siphon valve in that? It doesn't really look like the anti siphon valve pictures I've looked up. Anyone have a photo or more info on how to locate?

It is the barb itself that is screwed into the 90* fitting coming out of the tank. Unscrew the barb off the 90 and you can clean it and check it. If they ever give us trouble on boats sometimes we just punch the ball and spring out and put the barb back on without the anti-siphoning internals.
